Welcome to XFile Manager ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("you", "user", or "end-user") and XFile Manager governing your access to and use of the App available on Android devices through the Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please uninstall and discontinue use of the App immediately.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

1.1 Eligibility:

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction) to use XFile Manager. By using the App, you represent that you meet the minimum legal age and are competent to enter into this Agreement.

1.2 Parental Consent:

If you are under 18, you must obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian before using the App. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use our services.

1.3 Acceptance:

By using the App, you agree to abide by this Agreement and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. License and Restrictions

2.1 License Grant:

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use XFile Manager on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for personal and non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.

2.2 Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Circumvent or disable any security or digital rights management features.
• Use the App in connection with any activity that violates laws or regulations.
• Upload, distribute, or transmit viruses or any malicious code.
• Use the App for illegal file sharing or unauthorized access to restricted files or systems.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Data Accuracy:

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information where applicable (e.g., support requests) and to promptly notify us of any changes.

3.2 Device Permissions:

Certain features may require permission to access your device’s storage, media, or network. You are responsible for reviewing and granting permissions as needed. We do not access or collect personal file content unless explicitly required for app functionality.

3.3 Storage Management:

XFile Manager provides tools to manage your local storage. Use of these tools is at your discretion and risk. We are not liable for accidental data loss resulting from misuse of app features.

4. Privacy and Data Processing

4.1 Privacy Policy:

By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Google Play policies.

4.2 User Rights:

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data.

5. Updates and Modifications

5.1 App Updates:

We may update the App from time to time to improve performance, enhance features, fix bugs, or comply with regulations. These updates may be automatically applied or require manual installation via the Play Store.

5.2 Agreement Changes:

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be made available through the App or Google Play listing. Continued use after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership:

All intellectual property rights in XFile Manager (including code, graphics, UI, trademarks, and design) are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without express written permission.

6.2 User Content:

You retain ownership of files and content managed through the App. However, you grant us a limited license to process such content only for the purposes of providing the App’s intended functionalities.

7. Third-Party Services and Ads

7.1 Third-Party Tools:

The App may include links or integrations with third-party libraries, analytics, and advertising providers. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

7.2 Advertising:

We may serve non-personalized or interest-based ads based on your usage patterns. If you prefer to opt out of personalized ads, you may change your ad preferences via your device settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• That the App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• That data or content within the App will be permanently stored or retrievable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities;
• Issues arising from user misuse or failure to follow instructions.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to XFile Manager at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of this Agreement;
• Illegal or fraudulent use of the App;
• Operational or technical limitations.

Upon termination, this license shall immediately cease, and you must uninstall the App from your device.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence or the country where the App is operated. If you reside in the EEA, this Agreement complies with EU consumer rights and data protection laws.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation or by the competent courts of your jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and us.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid, the remainder will remain enforceable.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
